Summer music festivals are upon us and you will be able to catch Batten Down the Hatches at quite a few of them – so why not seek us out and enjoy shanties just as they should be!

Plymouth Pirate Weekend on Saturday May 17th throughout the afternoon

Dulverton Music Evening (Dulverton Town Hall) on Saturday May 24th at 6pm

Greendale Farm Shop Exeter on Monday August 18th and November 17th for a Shanty Fish’n’Chip supper event

Weston Shanty Festival, Weston-Super-Mare on Saturday 2nd August (programme now out, we will be at the Fork ‘n’ Ale pub at 4pm, the Vaults put at 6pm, and finishing off at The Regency at 10pm

We also have a number of private functions at places ranging from golden wedding parties in Somerset to actual weddings in Cornwall and birthday parties in London, to various pub outings – so – if you are planning some form of private celebration or community or corporate event – why not get in touch and let us liven things up with a performance of sea songs and shanties you will never forget!
